Hi Everyone!
I hope that you had a great weekend. We had non-stop rain and wind due to a typhoon that was traveling along the northern part of the Philippines. The sky remained grey and dark, both, Saturday and Sunday.
During the last 3 days, the Hallmark Channel on television has been showing Christmas movies. It was a little strange but, in a way, it was really nice to have the “feel” of Christmas in July. I really like the movies about Santa Claus and Santa Claus Jr.
All this got me thinking; so I counted up the days. There are only 149 days left to Christmas! I guess I better start working on my Wish List and this year Mama is going to help me write a letter to Santa Claus.
Dada said that radio stations (here in the Philippines) have, already, starting playing Christmas songs. He told me that there is a story in the Philippines that the worst the economic situation is the earlier Christmas songs are played on the radio. Dada said this is done to get people’s mind off of the bad times. Well, times are bad in the Philippines just like the rest of the world so I guess the story makes sense.
I think that it is a great idea to think about Christmas all year long. It keeps the most important part of Christmas in our mind and that is the birth of Jesus. It allows us to think about the gift that God gave to each and everyone of us.
I think that it is just fine to greet people with a “Merry Christmas” greeting each and everyday. Maybe it will keep the spirit of Christmas alive during the whole year.
Thanks for your visit!

Hi Everyone!
Today, we have been experiencing a very bad typhoon. We have had very high winds and rains. The electric service has been “up and down” but it has been more up than down.
I would like to announce the results of th latest survey of vistors. The question was “What Is Your Favorite Summer Activity?” The results are as follows:
”Playing with Friends”…Ist Place with 47 votes. Then came “Going to the Beach/Pool” with 42 votes, “Outside Sports” with 27 votes, “Taking Trips to New Places” with 23 votes and last place: “Riding Bicycle” with 18 votes.
My favorite activity is playing with my friends and going to the beach or swimming pool.
I hope you are enjoying your favorite activity this summer.
We have a new survey that asks the question: “What Is Your Favorite Television Channel?” Please vote your favorite.
See you tomorrow. Bye for now!

Hi Everyone!
It has been a long time since I was on the Internet.
Last Thursday, I was not able to connect to my website. Dada did some checking and, finally, he was able to contact the technical people at our hosting company in the USA. After a few hours, they told Dada that they had a problem with our database server. They didn’t get it fixed until later that night. The next morning, Dada, again, could not access the Internet. This time, Dada said, it was our local Internet provider. This problem lasted all day long.
Late in the evening, a big typhoon started to come in our area. We lost the electric during the night and did not get it back until Saturday night. It was a very bad storm with very fast winds and lots of rain. Mama used candles for us to see during the night. Saturday night, although we got the electric back we did not get the Internet service back.
It is, now, late Monday afternoon and we just got the Internet back. It has really been a hard time. I hope that things are back to normal.
I will see you tomorrow!
