Hi Everyone!
Sorry I have been away for a long time. I know that my Dada wrote a posting on the reasons I have not posted.
I want to give my blog another try and see if it will grow. I will be posting many new things that interest me and I hope they will interest you too. We will visit new places and explore new areas of interest.
My Dada has replace the old translator widget on the left side of this blog. He has installed a newer one with many more language options for you to chose from. You will notice that there is Filipino on the translator for those that might have a problem with English. I tried it and it works…not perfect but ok.
So tomorrow I will start my new postings. See you then. Please click To Comment

Hi Everyone!
Wow! it’s four months and counting since I started DJ’s World.
This adventure started with Mama, Dada, Darwin, and myself. Darwin uses his art talents to create my cartoon image. Mama and Dada help me with my daily postings and Dada handles the design and development of DJ’s World website. Dada is not a website developer/designer but has over the past months learned a great deal about this area. Our site is based on the great program Wordpress which is the number one blogging program and is quickly becoming a favorite program for Content Management with top corporations in the world. Our template was chosen from a portfolio of great designs located at the Template Panic website. Dada has done all the modifications to the template to make it unique to DJ’s World.
Dada continues to make changes as he learns more about design and HTML coding. He says that it has become a hobby and a “labor of love.” Today, he made a few changes that he thought were necessary for better function of the site and to bring a better viewing experience to our visiting friends.
You might notice that Dada moved the K-8 Store from a Page location to a right sidebar “widget.” He told me that it will give it more exposure to our visitors. Dada used the page space to put in a new Site Map. Site Maps are important when a visitor wants to find something within the site in a hurry.
Dada told me that work on the new DJ’s Store is on-going and we are making good progress. He said we should have the Grand Opening the first week of October. We will be having a lot of great things including special items for the upcoming holidays. We hope that you will visit our stores and try out the products. Remember a large portion of of the profits will go to the special organizations that we display at DJ’s World.
Our work on DJ’s School is, also, continuing and we see the Grand Opening by the end of the year. Dada said that he is doing the final work on the concept of how to present the educational materials.
Our future postings will be highlighting different regions of the Philippines, Philippine history, and Philippine heroes. We will, continue, to discuss news events that are of interest to children and, of course, movies and games.
In closing, we at Dj’s World want to thank you for your visits and your support. We will never take your friendship for granted and we will always keep DJ’s World a safe place for children and families to visit.
Thanks for your visit.
Have a great and safe weekend. Please Click To Comment

Hi Everyone!
You might have notice on the last four postings that I have included a new click-able link to the bottom of the post.
Dada is trying very hard to make it as easy as possible for making comments to my daily post. I know that it has, in the past, seemed difficult to be able to comment on my writings. Dada said that we could do it in two different ways. The first way would be to split the post so that there would be the first few lines and then you would have to click to go to another page to read the rest of the post. Many people do that so they can have another page to put advertising. We decided very early on that we would not put “public advertising” on the website as we wanted this site to be safe for young children. Dada said that we will not hurt that policy in any way. So, the second way was to continue to show the entire post and put a link at the end of the post. When you click on the “Please Click To Comment” that is in a blue color, it will take you to a new page that has the entire post on but has the Comments section further down the page.
Please take the time after reading my post to go to the Comments page and leave me a message. The message can be that you did or did not like the post or, maybe, a suggestion for a new subject to write about. I really would like to hear from my new friends as this is the main reason I write the postings. When I asked my parents if I could have a site on the Internet , it was so I could make new friends all around the world.
I hope to hear from you soon!

Hi Everyone!
I would like to spend a few minutes on the subject of leaving comments at DJ’s World.
I have tried to figure out why visitors are not leaving comments. Dada checks the visitor statistics software program everyday and we can see that we are getting a lot of visitors. As a matter of fact, we have quite a few visitors that come by and visit each and every day and we are growing in new visitors everyday. So the question remains why no comments?
Dada told me today that there may be a question of how to access the comments area. I think that it may be part of the problem so I will address that now.
Accessing the comments area is fairly simple. All you have to do is “click” on the main title of the Post where you wish to leave a comment. The main title is red in color. Once you enter the new page, you scroll down the posting until you reach the end. Just below you will see the Comments area. Your name and your e-mail address information is required and we, also, ask if you have a website to include the URL address from that site so we can link it to DJ’sWorld. Then you can leave your comments in the comment block. Click the comment bar and you are finished! Once you have completed the comment, you should click the “Home” tab at the top of the page and you will be guided back to the original page you left.
For the rest of my friends, please don’t be shy to comment as I welcome and enjoy receiving your comments and imput about making DJ’s World a better place to visit.
Thanks for your visit!

Hi Everyone!
As many of you notice, we are constantly adjusting the definition and image of DJ’s World.
For quite sometime, Mama and Dada have been helping me make the postings. The reason is simple: if I was do it alone there wouldn’t be very much to learn. A long time ago, I asked Mama and Dada if they would teach me from a list of subjects that we had put together. Even though I am only 4+ years, I love to learn about many things and I want to be well prepared for the start of my formal schooling.
We have changed the age range of this site from 4 years old to 14 years old. Let me explain why we did that. I have a big brother that is 13 years old, a sister who is 12 years old and 2 other sisters, 10 and 7 years old. This is a wide range of years and I feel that we are all learning from our experience with this website. So that is the age range that we have chosen.
The most important goal of my parents is to create a site that is safe for children of all ages to visit. They want to make this a place of learning. Not just the formal type of school learning but a learning about life and provide a way to “round out” the character of our young visitors. We will continue to provide comics and cartoons from time to time and we want to make each visit a fun but educational visit. We hope that parents will help our younger visitors to understand our postings. By reading and explaining the daily post, even our youngest visitor will take away an educational experience.
The only way that we can know if we are on the right path is by your comments. We have noticed that it seems that our visitors are somewhat “shy” about leaving comments. We know by our tracking software that we have many visitors each day and the volume of visitors is growing. Please feel free (don’t be shy) to leave your comments.
Everyone in our family hopes that all our visitors will enjoy each and every visit and continue as a daily visitor.
Myself, I hope that over the coming years, I will be able to make many friends around the world.
Thank you for your visit.
