Hi Everyone!

Today, was a beautiful day!

I woke up this morning with the sun shining bright in my window. It was so nice to see the sun and the blue sky after so many weeks of clouds, rain and storms. I could not wait to finish breakfast so I could go outside and play with my friends.

After playing games with my friends, I helped Mama clean-up the yard. There was a lot to clean-up from the windy storms. We trimmed the plants, trees and the grass. It really got hot in the afternoon so I went inside and played games in the house. Later in the afternoon, I went outside and played some more.

It was a really great day.

Hi Everyone!

Mama said that I could do a quick post today. She knows that I am getting better but she, also, knows that I still need my rest. That way I will be 100% better in the next few days.

Mama said that if I am a good boy and follow her instructions, she will take me to the mall next week. Boy! I can’t wait to go. I know that I will have a good time. So, I will follow everything that Mama tells me so I can get better.

Hi Everyone!

Well, we are in the middle of rainy season and August is the month where we, in the Philippines, get the most rain. It has been rainy nearly everyday this month. We have had some tropical storms to include a few typhoons. Right now, we are waiting on a new typhoon to hit the Philippines in the next 48 hours. Luckily, it seems the typhoon will stay in the extreme northern part of Luzon.

Days like this tend to make it hard for children. My big brother and older sisters have to leave very early in the morning to go to school. The school bus picks them up at 6:45am and brings them home at 5:15pm. That is a really long day to be in school. When it is rainy, it makes the air very moist and heavy and when school kids get wet they have to sit in class in wet clothes. That is why so many kids get sick during rainy season. KIds that don’t attend school yet, like me, have to stay in the house for long periods of time. I like to play outside and I miss playing with my friends different games like soccer. There are another two months of rainy season and then the weather will get better. The very best season in the Philippines is winter because the air is cool and dry. It is a beautiful time to visit the Philippines.

Hi Everyone!

Tomorrow is Sunday and it is our day to take time to spend with God. Mama and Dada says that it doesn’t matter what your religion or faith is; it is important to practice it. Spending time with God in prayer is good because it reminds us who we are and where we come from and who our Father is.

Later in the day, our family will be celebrating my cousin’s birthday. Many family members will be here so there will be a lot of fun and plenty to eat.

I hope that you will have a wonderful Sunday with your family. I am including the cartoon of our Sunday church visit as so many people have said that they like it.
