Hi Everyone, DJ here!

Did you know that February is National Children’s Dental Health Month and a chance for all of us to remember some simple rules concerning good dental health? The following tips can help us maintain a great and healthy smile all year long.

1. Brush at least twice a day to remove plaque. If plaque is not removed, it can lead to cavities.

2. Floss daily. Flossing helps to remove food debris from in between the teeth that a toothbrush can’t reach.

3. Eat healthy and nutritious foods and limit the intake of sugary carbonated drinks.

4. Visit your dentist for regular check ups and cleanings.

5. Fluoride treatments twice a year are very beneficial in preventing tooth decay.

6. Sealants can be applied to the chewing surfaces of the back teeth and premolars. Sealants help to prevent tooth decay.

Hi! Thanks so much for your visit. My Dada visited your website in Germany and read me some of the dental articles. My Dada can read German as he went to school in Germany many years ago. I hope that you will visit DJ’s World often and for now “Auf Wiedersehen” until your next visit. Your friend, DJ
