A Christmas Surprise

Hello Everyone!

Yesterday, Mama gave my brother, sisters and me a wonderful surprise.

Mama brought home two very cute puppies. One of the puppies is a girl and she is white all over. The other puppy is a boy and he is light brown with some soft black color on his back. His tail has a white tip and he has part of his feet (near the toes) in white color. They are, both, two months old.

All of us kids spent a lot of time thinking up names. We, finally, named the girl puppy “Sandy” after a character in the Sponge Bob cartoons. We named the boy puppy “Jerry” for Jerry from Tom and Jerry cartoons.

Even though they are not brother and sister, they are very close and really like each other a lot. Last night, they slept together. Most of the time, Sandy was lying on top of Jerry while they were, both, sleeping.

They like to drink lots of milk and they, also, eat rice porridge mixed with puppy chow.

We had a lot of fun playing with them today. This afternoon, they took a nap for an hour after their meal.

I will write more about my puppies in the coming days and will post some pictures of them.
